I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at Penn State Harrisburg. Prior to joining Penn State, I earned an Associate of Science Degree in Computer Science from Hagerstown Community College. I am an avid learner who thrives with visual aids and interactive methods.

Work History Best Buy Geek Squad at Martinsburg, WV (Store #1528) I began my journey at Best Buy Geek Squad in Martinsburg, WV, in September 2023 as a Consultation Agent, where I engaged with clients to address their technology issues. I provided expert advice on products and services, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and conducted product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding. In addition to resolving client issues, I successfully sold various services, devices, and memberships as part of Best Buy’s corporate strategy.

Certifications Google/Coursera IT Automation with Python This certification demonstrates my proficiency in using Python to automate common IT tasks, enhancing efficiency and streamlining processes in various technical environments. I obtained this cert in May 2024. The course taught me foundational Python programming skills and techniques for automating repetitive IT tasks to improve efficiency. It also covers version control, troubleshooting, API usage, web scraping, and basic project management principles, equipping learners with practical skills for real-world IT scenarios.

Education As mentioned in About Me , I am currently pursuing a B.S. Degree in Computer Science at Penn State Harrisburg (PSH). As a first-semester student at Penn State Harrisburg, I am still in the process of establishing my GPA. I’m actively exploring my new environment and seeking extracurricular opportunities that align with my passion for STEM. I am particularly interested in joining clubs focused on mathematics, technology, and engineering.
